Where we are

With no doubt Extremadura is one of the regions in Spain that are arousing the gourmet interest lately: Iberico ham from acorn-fed pigs, high quality wines, premium goat cheeses (such as Torta del Casar DOP, Torta de la Serena DOP, Ibores DOP, etc), goat, sheep and cow meat, and a supreme quality olive oils that, unfortunately, aren´t enough known yet.

Our family got settled here in the early 90´s. It was a estate in the north side of the Sierra de Gata (in the province of Cáceres) and only 17 kms away from the Portuguese border. It´s a small kind of paradise of biodiversity and beauty where manzanilla cacereña olive trees are all around the area.

Following the old tradition and techniques, we built a new mill in the property, where the old stables were located. Here is where we produce our special olive oil.
